Nurses 'n Kids, Milford is looking for an experienced, energetic and passionate part time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
We expect high quality therapy to be provided to the children in our care. Children attending our facility are mostly between the ages of 0-5 ranging in diagnoses including, but not limited to, Cerebral Palsy, prematurity, Down Syndrome, developmental delay, Cystic Fibrosis, Spina Bifida, children with trach/vents and feeding tubes etc. The children attend Nurses 'n Kids daily as a medical daycare environment where they are supported by a team of nurses, therapists and support staff. Therapy services include evaluations, treatment, consultations, groups and caregiver education. You will be part of a small, dynamic and energetic team where we strive to have a fun and collaborative work environment.
Must have graduated form an accredited school.
Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or proactively seeking current state licensure.
Current CPR certification.
Be able to provide skilled speech-language services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Pediatric feeding/oral motor therapy experience.
Be able to assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
2 years pediatric experience.
