Baltimore Washington Medical Center is seeking an experienced Rehab Services Clinical Manager to join their dynamic team.
What You Will Do:
As a Rehab Services Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for clinical, educational, supervisory and administrative duties that facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of Rehabilitation Services operations, programs and staff. You will also function as a licensed clinician who is responsible for the assessment of patients including the development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. He/she is a member of the patient’s interdisciplinary care team which has accountability to cooperate to accomplish patient outcomes identified in the overall plan of care.
BS in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (MS degree preferred) or MA/MS in Speech Pathology, required.
Five (5) years of recent clinical experience in an acute/sub-acute care setting, and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
Current Maryland State license, or is eligible.
Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care.
