We are an expanding Audiology-only private practice that is looking for 2 audiologists, one part time and one full time. We strive to be the most comprehensive hearing healthcare facility and patient –focused professionals in our area. Our team of 9 doctorate level audiologists and support staff work to educate the hearing impaired community toward hearing loss prevention, early intervention, and rehabilitation. We do NOT price market, or promote “bait-n-switch” advertising. Our focus is the best hearing option for any patient, including referrals for cochlear implants or BAHAs.
The qualified candidate would be responsible for hearing evaluations and fittings, tinnitus evaluations and management, as well as follow-up care. The patient journey from beginning and throughout is of utmost importance to our continued success. Our patient success is a direct result of our extensive counseling and comprehensive care. Our offices are equipped with state of the art testing and verification equipment.
Continuing Education is priority for our office. We attend local manufacturer trainings as well as AAA and ADA conventions. We encourage our audiologists to attend trainings together to promote “team building” opportunities. With our ongoing clinical training you will have access to the latest information regarding testing, fitting, hearing aid technologies, and outcome measures. Whenever possible our audiologists participate at the state level to advocate for the profession.
We advertise and promote each individual audiologist within our practice because we are a team and value each others professional experience.
We offer one of the most competitive compensation models including a quarterly bonus structure that leads the industry along with a flexible schedule! We provide continuing education allowance and cover state licensure fees as well as professional dues such as ASHA, ABA, or AAA. We also offer reimbursement toward a state audiology association and Tennessee's professional liability tax. We pay for Professional Liability Insurance and offer an allowance for the AAA Annual Conference.
Our benefits package includes: two weeks of paid vacation to start, eight paid holidays, health insurance, 401k with company matching and profit sharing.
If you would like an opportunity to join a team of audiologists that are working hard to improve the field of Audiology, in addition, changing patient attitudes and perception of hearing aids, you may be the “right” audiologist for this team.
