AACS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow or Speech-Language Pathologist who has recently completed a clinical fellowship to join a dynamic committed team of implementers. This is a permanent position. Candidate must be motivated, willing to travel up to 100 miles per day and be flexible in a demanding schedule. Mentorship provided; must have an interest in technology, be willing to learn and adapt, and be willing to work collaboratively as a team. Professionalism, communication, kindness, dedication, excellence, and respect for others imperative.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Implementation, treatment, training, education and consultation for adults with complex communication needs who require AAC in the natural setting -Customizing AAC devices and systems
REQUIREMENTS: -Eligible for Colorado Driver’s License -Vehicle Insurance -Professional Liability Insurance -Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology -Passed the Praxis Examination -Must be an applicant for or have completed the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology -Eligible for Colorado DORA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology or eligible for CF Certification -One-month minimum training period mandatory -The position is benefited-Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Retirement Plan after wait period for full time employees
LOCATION: -All services take place in the natural setting -The candidate would ideally reside or would need to relocate to the Denver area - This is a position covering Denver and the surrounding areas.
