Pediatric Developmental Therapy, Inc. (PDT) is a private pediatric medical practice located in the Southern Pines/Fayetteville area of North Carolina providing Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapies for 20 years. We work with children and families ranging in ages from birth to 21 using a multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach.

Our therapists have the opportunity to grow in their profession by providing Speech-Language Pathology with various service delivery options including:

We work with children with a variety of diagnoses to provide facilitation of developmental milestones. PDT therapists specialize in feeding and swallowing, hearing impairments/cochlear implants, mild to severe language disorders/delays, motor speech/apraxia, non-verbal diagnoses (using high and low tech AAC devices), pragmatic and social impairment deficits, and voice and fluency disorders. Diagnoses range in severity, complexity and co-morbidity, including, but not limited to: Autism, Down syndrome, prematurity, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions and various genetic conditions.

Current licensure to practice in North Carolina State obtained prior to start date
Masters is a plus

Therapies are provided in the school system (preschools and public school system), developmental day settings (centers for children birth to 5 with special needs), 3 different outpatient clinics, homes and daycares.
