We’ve expanded our space and need to expand our staff! Growing pediatric outpatient clinic is looking to add full or part time Speech-Language Pathologists. We have clinics in Anchorage, Eagle River, and Wasilla, and have immediate openings in all locations!
SLPs create their own schedules (including a four day work week option) to ensure a schedule they love.

As a pediatric practice the busiest hours are after school (2:00-6:00), but we also have a large population of homeschoolers. Summer hours end much earlier allowing staff to enjoy the amazing Alaskan summers.

Pay is extremely competitive and most full time employees make over 80K a year. You control how much you make by the number of sessions you work. The sky’s the limit!
For part time, new clients are offered appointments based on availability of part time staff.
To be considered full time and eligible for benefits, the clinician must have a minimum of 32 sessions per week. Sessions are 45 minutes long which totals 24 hours of treatment time per week, plus a minimal amount of paperwork.
A full benefit package is offered including health insurance (75% employer paid), AFLAC for disability, accident, vision, etc, retirement with a 3% company match, PTO, and one paid CEU trip per year.
Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in Communication and Speech Disorders, a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. Experienced CF Supervisor on staff. CF’s will be considered providing they complete their entire CF with the company.
