Full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position.Specialty and interests preferred but not limited to some of the following: (a) adult neurogenics, (b) dysphagia, (c) motor speech disorders, and/or (d) fluency. Other specialties may be considered. Responsibilities include instruction, development of an ongoing research program and pursuit of funding opportunities, and service. The Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology is an established graduate only program that offers an M.S. degree in speech-language pathology and an AuD. degree in audiology. It is located within the College of Clinical and Rehabilitation Health Sciences and part a of the Academic Health Science Center. Qualifications include: Ph.D. (ABD considered), CCC-SLP, or eligibility and willingness to obtain, eligibility for Tennessee state licensure, evidence of research activity and potential, commitment to effective classroom teaching.
