Exceptional Children's Center is seeking a positive, flexible individual who works well among a multidisciplinary team to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opening. A minimum of 1-2 years experience working in the pediatric population is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to one-on-one treatment, co-treatments, assessments, feeding therapy, group therapy, report writing, daily notes, tracking progress, communicating with other professionals and family members/caregivers, etc.
Exceptional Children's Center is a multidisciplinary team of OT's, PT's and SLP's. Our mission is to implement interventions that are family centered and have a profound effect on the life of a child. We closely follow new therapy intervention developments in the field and incorporate them into our practice when appropriate. Our staff is dedicated to each child we meet, assisting each child in realizing his or her innate potential.
Current and Valid Virginia License
Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with experience.
