Experienced SLPs, Clinical Fellows, New Grads and SLPs new to Schools are encouraged to apply. Masters Degree from an ASHA accredited university
IL State Licensure
ISBE Professional Educators License (PEL)
Certified or Eligible for ASHA Certification
Ability to screen, evaluate and diagnose speech-language disorders
Ability to provide therapeutic intervention for speech-language disorders in school age children using a continuum of service delivery models
Ability to work with children of varying ability levels
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with parents, teachers, specialized services team members, school administrators and community members
