Washington Speech, a private practice in Fairfax Virginia, is seeking a full time SLP. Part time afterschool applications will be considered. This position is ideal for an experienced therapist looking to work with children with diagnoses of Autism or apraxia. This opportunity will allow the therapist to use motor speech therapy techniques and work with AAC devices. We provide the necessary tools and continuing education for you to plan and implement treatment plans individualized to your client.
Applicants must be able to work in a fast pace setting and flexible when changes arise. This position requires a Master's degree, ASHA certification, and Virginia licensure. Primary job responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of pediatric patients and parent education.
