Your responsibilities as the Lead Speech-Language Pathologist will include:
Overseeing daily activities for the assigned specialty area
Acting as a liaison between the department, patient care units, and other medical personnel
Working with a diverse patient population, as defined by clinical competency (may include neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients)
Assisting leadership with performance improvement activities as needed
Qualified candidates must possess:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
5+ years' experience in ACUTE SLP work (most recently in Acute)
1+ years' experience as an ACUTE Lead/Supervisor
Some Outpatient experience is a big plus
MBS/FEES experience with ability to train others in same
Valid GA licensure (or currently working to obtain)
