The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate patients, determines goals and plan of treatment. Administers speech pathology treatments. The SLP will consult with medical professionals, ancillary professionals and other team members/supervisors to provide optimum quality patient care and effective operations. This position will also demonstrate comprehensive evaluation skills including ongoing determination of the effectiveness of interventions and modification of the treatment plan as appropriate and maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, reports and all written documentation in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelines.

Requirements |

|
-Minimum of Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program -American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) certification and current speech pathology licensure in the State of New Jersey -CPR certification -Valid driver's license, current automobile registration and proof of insurance
