Job Description
This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pediatric audiologist to build a program for persons with a wide array of childhood onset disabling conditions. This position will provide direct and indirect family focused audiology services for patients to increase functional abilities, independence and community integration, and contribute to the Therapies department, program and service teams to assure achievement of desired outcomes.

Hours: 80 (per 80 hour pay period) (Full-time)

Requirements
Full Time, AuD/PhD; pediatric; clinical fellowship supervison available.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology preferred.

MN State Licensure in Audiology.

Pediatric Experience with Gillette patient populations strongly preferred.

Adults with childhood onset disabilities experience desirable.

Knowledge of child growth and development, audiology and rehabilitation theory and practice with a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses and related considerations including anatomy and neurology, emotional behavior factors, family needs and issues, community transition and equipment.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Ability to function as an effective team member, and competency in pediatric evaluation, treatment and related family/community education and planning for transition to community services.

Excellent customer service skills.
