Licensed (Occupational Therapist) OT, (Physical Therapist) PT or Speech Language Pathologist 2 current years of supervisory / management experience within an acute care or long term acute care facility BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

The right candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with medical and administrative staff as well as patients and families, in a professional manner. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required as well as the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to organize and manage departments, meetings and inspections and efficiently manage departments within budgetary constraints.
